Description Provide phone based customer service to CIL customers in line with the following targets : All calls answered within 3 rings or 12 seconds.All customer letters responded on the same day.All customer issues resolved within 24 hours maximum.All customer transactions logged fully at point of contact.100% accuracy in all written and spoken communication with our customers.Understand the customers service expectations through regular customer interaction and ensure that CIL’s service levels exceed these.Develop own knowledge and skills to provide customer service and retention based services in order to achieve high levels of persistence.Effectively work in partnership with the Training Department to ensure that performance is maintained at the optimum level
Qualifications *Team worker. *Ability to work under pressure *Proactive, Creative, Dynamic and self Motivated.
