Description • Maintains employees’ files and ensures the availability of all the necessary documents as per Labor Law Requirements. • Coordinates and arranges the medical checks for the newly hired employees, ensures receipt of their medical results prior to proceeding with their on-boarding procedures. • Provides all the newly hired employees with the on-boarding documents and credentials list. • Keeps employees’ vacation requests and follows-up on their vacation balance. • Updates & maintains employees’ database. • Handles all employee termination procedures and ensures all company and employee’s rights are well preserved. • Updates the employees’ data regarding the Medical and /or Life Insurance programs and informs the Insurance Company with the employee’s updated status.
Qualifications B.Sc. in any discipline. Excellent knowledge of labor& insurance law, payroll cycle and hiring procedures. Experience from 4 to 6 years.
