Enhance & maintain the infrastructure to ensure that it meets business requirements and guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of the network to ensure that it meets business requirements and that the investment is used cost effectively for the infrastructure. - Plan, develop and implement infrastructure projects to meet demands from the business demands include the provision of email services and applications systems access.
- Provide senior managers with regular reports on progress towards targets, flagging variations and performing initial checks on reasons for under/over achievement.
- Manager and supervise day to day IT operations of an extensive, business critical, multi networking heterogeneous operating environment.
- Develop and implement procedures to monitor network performance and correct faults.
- Ensure network security, and maintain business continuity.
JOb Qualifications:
===========
College degree (Engineering field) or equivalent experience.
And a hands on experience in computer and computer application fields.
Minimum 5 years experience in IT system support role.
holds CCNA - CCNP - MCSE
