The Role
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Initiate and develop strategy for professional services (mainly including Managed services) to expand current business model and support key account team' strategy and account planning.
2) Technical lead developing and implementing pro-active approach to expand addressable market and develop new business opportunities with current and new customers.
3) Lead local team to respond to RFP's/RFIs, working with frontline account teams and BU representatives.
4) Proactively develop new creative professional solutions that meet or exceed customer business and functional requirements.
5) Develop and ensure usage of standard professional services solution templates, enforce knowledge sharing and develop case studies
6) Provide on-site support for qualified and prioritized key professional services sales projects and focus on interacting and lobbying with customers' C-level team members.
7) Partner with account teams to define sales strategy and sales approach for selected key projects on professional services.
8) Prepare commercial feasibility studies (business case) that will be used for evaluating opportunities and to support the decision making process.
9) Lead and key contributor of professional service solution team and responsible for growing/managing the professional services sales business in all key account subsidiaries.
10) Brand promotion of professional services solution.
Requirements

Requirements

1) Bachelor's degree or higher
2) Management Sales Services experience
3) Good capability to sell solution design
4) Excellent Managed Services- 5 years experience!
5) Proficiency in English (writing & oral skills) for overall communication and preferably master one local language for effective customer communication where English is not mother tongue
6) Possess good interpersonal communication skills and high ability to work in multicultural and multinational environment
