Additional Information :
Factory Manager must have knowledge & skill in pattern making modeling and textile production process (cutting, printing, sewing, ironing, snapping….) ready made garments process and product package profile (specification, standard, quality ….).
Clothes pricing knowledge and how to calculate the cost and profit margin.
Knowledge and skill in all production input standard & requirements (raw material – accessories.).
Highly developed skill & knowledge in technology in textile & garment industry.
He must have exceptional knowledge on process flow up work cycle & machine layout.
Knowledge in liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers’ contracts & agreements, market place (local – export), candidates and competitors situation.
Knowledge and skill in international product quality standardization & process
Knowledge & skill in measuring performance & develop efficiency & productivity.
Skill in people motivation, social behavior theory, management by support, coaching and feedback.
Customer driven internally (marketing – sales – export – agriculture figure …) & externally customer accounting background (budget, forecast, P&L….)
