Head of Corporate operation _ Job vacancy in Egyptby Dawam Consultancy
Our client is a leading Egyptian Bank which offers premier quality services both locally and regionally. As a part of their growth plan, they are looking for the right candidate to join their Team as Director-Head of Corporate Operations.
As Head of corporate Operation, you should have a strong understanding of the banking corporate products and services, have strong organizational skills, be independent and self motivated, detail orientated, present a professional image, and forward planning ability.
The following requirements are needed for the ideal candidate:
Solid background and experience in Trade & Cash management operations experience.
Manage and motivate, recruit, train and develop staff, according to bank policies and employment laws.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the banking operations, out of which at least 10 years should be covering corporate operations.
Ability to manage the design, building and implementation of in drafting the related SOPs, operation risk manual, KRIs, KPIs, etc. This will be coupled with knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and best practices relating to corporate operations.
Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
Preferred to be Egyptian Nationality, Other Arab nationalities still welcomed.
