Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reporting to: Chief Credit Officer
Job Code: CR07
Job Description: Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Skills Required: A minimum of 2- 3 years experience in a similar job.
Suitable academic qualifications, independent self-starters who can deliver results under pressure, highly motivated and serious achiever.
Good command of both Arabic and English languages
