Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
Plans develop training programs and create activities and programs.
Formulate and monitor policies, plans and internal procedures. and defining career paths for employees and all HR functions.
Monitor the progress of human resources development plans and recommending ways of enhancement and improvement of employee competency.
Measures effectiveness of conducted training in comparison to human resources development expectations.
Marketing Manager
Develops the Marketing department's annual business plan and budget in line with the Company's strategic direction.

Responsibilities:
Plans marketing and promotional activities to enhance the Marketing image and increase sales in coordination with the Company marketing function.
Sets the Marketing's goals and objectives and methods and procedures to attain such goals.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the department, which include planning, organization, business development and marketing including the promotion of Company's name in the targeted markets.
Requirements:
B.A. in same field or equivalent.
Strong Leadership skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Very articulate and fluent in English.
Minimum three years experience.

Mechanical Engineer - Egypt

Job description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Follow up application of SHE working instruction.
• Implementation of ISO documentation.
• Follow up application of 5S instruction in the working areas
• Follow up application of preventive maintenance plans for production M/C’s and equipments
• Reviewing controlling and analyzing daily and shift reports.
• Following & analyzing troubleshooting.
• Controlling break down due to mechanical problems, and up dating maintenance plans accordingly.
• Preparing technical specifications for local supplied and manufactured spare parts.
• Submitting statistical reports about repeated mechanical troubles, break down, spare parts and oil consumption.
• Inspected all supplied items according to relevant procedures and working instructions.
• Sharing in ware house inventory.
• Reviewing the quantity and quality of tools received by technicians.
• Applying training programs for technicians.
• Follow-up the execution civil works , projects and CAPEX
• Keep the updated engineering documents and drawings ready for use and as reference and the original one in engineering office and copy for users
• Sharing in any additional jobs concerning machine performance improvement.
• Issuing regular reports about troubles break down and consumed spare parts.
• Establishing and controlling ISO documents and log books for all M/C’s and equipments.
• Observing the control system for the A.C. and the its ability to over come the worst condition of out side weather and the M/C s loads .
• Planning and applying for maint. Activities during shutdown period.
• Doing Other required and assigned activities that are given by his supervisor.

Qualification:
• B.SC. mech. Engineering degree
