• Manage All Production area (Machines- labors)
• Create or suggest work strategy to manage and increase production volume.
• Supervise Technicians and labor very smoothly, solve problems.
• Manage his subordinates' performance.
• Build good work environment.
Skills:
Qualification:
• prefer Ain shams or Cairo university
• strong leadership
• Teamwork
• analytical skill
• Dedicate to his job.
• 4 – 8 years experience in plastic industry
• Good command of English
• Computer skills ( MS office & Drawings SW)
