Description Provide financial administrative support to the operative department of companies Keep the books according to local group norms Prepare the closing and the financial statement reflecting the true picture of the company Manage and monitor accounting system Establish the internal control system to ensure the protection of the company’s assets and correct statement of liabilities Ensure the fulfillment of fiscal and legal obligations Prepare and analyze the various financial statements (p&L and balance sheet) Ensure that all closings (monthly, quarterly and annual) meet the established standards of time and quality (closing the books) following the instructions of the group. Fulfill all fiscal obligations regarding the safekeeping of accounting information for tax purpose (tax accounting)and archiving of the financial books Provide fixed assets accounting information in accordance with group, legal and fiscal requirement Value the stocks and coordinate with the spare parts department physical inventories Supervise the processes involving both supplies and creditors in order to provide accurate and timely account information and to facilitate effective management of payment
Qualifications Reads, writes and speaks English on an excellent level; reads, writes and speaks Arabic fluently Knowledge of financial systems and office software-excel Not easily frustrated and works well under pressure and in stressful situation. Learns new skills quickly & responds quickly and positively to constructive criticism Secure satisfied /loyal partners/customers. Contribute positive to a good working environment.
