Scope of work :
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Handling incoming & making outgoing calls & resolve customers
Record details of inquiries, comments & complaints
...Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interaction

Skills
Good communication skills & deal with customers
English is a must
