Basic Functions:Render Legal Services on assigned areas of activities for the operation at the Oil & Petrochemicals sector. Review and advises on all tender/contract documents and preparation of draft contracts and agreements. Advises on contractual issues including interpretation of contractual ...provisions. Provide with legal opinion/ interpretation on various Company matters’.
Minimum Requirements:· University degree in law from a recognized university, preferable double major in Engineering and Finance. Qualified to practice independently · Minimum 12 years experience in legal work related to contractors, preferably in the Oil & Petrochemicals sector.· Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Arabic/English.· Excellent using IT programs (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point)
