• Provide advice on employment opportunities, rules, regulations and policies that affect the human element in the company.
• Develop, implement and manage the recruitment process, including the development of job descriptions and job advertisements, screening and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates.
• Develop, interpret and explain policies and personnel procedures.
• Conduct research on issues of employment and to compensate workers and employees
• assist managers in the process of assessing the performance of employees working for them.
• Follow-up about ((Medical insurance / social insurance / benefits program.
Requirements:
Qualifications: high-qualified (preferably a degree in HR)
Experience: 1-2 years in human resources
Computer: Very Good
English Language: Very Good
