Support Engineer


Monitor the following production systems to ensure their availability to the end service user: 123 /
Inter-Banking switch system. J Switch Interfaces. ATM Driving System. Credit & Debit Host Interfaces.
Customs payment system. EBC / Vodafone Modules [IVR, Billing System, POS Channel, HSM & Base24].
Notify any hardware and software failure, malfunction or downtime to 123 banks’ helpdesk.
Notify any ATM hardware and software to banks’ ATM supervisor that
participate in the ATM driving service Maintain computer room security and physical environment


1. Bachelor degree is a must. 2. Protecting &Maintain confidentiality of business information
