To ensure the recruitment & hiring process is in line with the manpower plan & Company Budget. •Responsible for interviewing of new applicants to assure selection of the best candidate. •Discuss the offer letter & Following up the employment process including employment Papers. •Keeping an updated database of current CVs through head hunting & effective referral system. •Manage and coordinate in the design and development of all tests for candidates. •Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and project managers to determine appropriate training needs to establish the annual training plan & budget each year.•Plan and implement all the training programs and activities, associate with staff training needs
Qualifications •Must have minimum 2 – 4 years experience. •Relevant Bachelor’s Degree. •Fluent in English both written and spoken. •Good presentation and interpersonal skills & Computer literate. •Excellent Communication skills
