Description •Able to complete paperwork and correctly enter required actions in system for allowances, educations, leaves of absence, vacation, etc. using advanced and complex payrolls. •Understands processes and requirements for making payroll-related adjustments or changes and calculations (e.g., overpayments, retroactive changes). •Computes withholdings and deductions where multi country tax laws are involved and may compute payment on sales commissions. •Ability to describe the payroll taxes imposed on employers and the related forms and procedures under the direct supervision of the department manager. •Knowledge of accounting and banking principles and practices. •Implement the performance management process in coordination with the department manager. •Work directly with the benefit staff on new hire set-ups, benefit enrollment changes, terminations, payroll adjustments, and other related activities which impact payroll processing. •Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and outside agencies and provide information or direction as needed •Work with payroll manager to maintain all payroll records, reports, and tax filings •Assist in preparing special reports and other ad hoc analysis. •Maintain and Update Payroll KPIs.
Qualifications •Must have minimum 0-2 years experience in similar position •Effective communications, analytical and teaming skills are required to successfully manage the job. •Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
