Our client is a Leading Global Construction and Property Consultancy; with a focus on quality at the highest end and accountability to the Owner we are seeking a high energy, proactive Personal Assistant for Senior Construction Manager in Cairo new branch:
Requirements:
1-At least 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant for a General Contractor.
2-Understanding of the duties of Project Management in a construction environment.
3-Experience in building and developing relationships with Subcontractors and Vendors.
4-Experience with the procedures and processes in the Construction Industry.
5-Detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communications skills.
6-Experience in Conflict Resolution.
7-Proficiency with the following software is mandatory for this position: MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, QuickBooks.
Job Description:
1-Set up and maintain project files.
2-Answer telephone(s) and direct calls as necessary.
3-Type all contracts, purchase orders, change orders, correspondence, etc.
4-Maintain and produce bi-weekly purchase status reports.
5-Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
6-Perform job functions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
7-Represent the Company effectively to clients, contractors, and vendors.
8-Attend client and vendor meetings, as required, eventually representing the company at meetings.
9-Perform the duties of a Personal Assistant to the President, as required.
10-Provide and maximize resources.
