Description • Assist in training & development of staff. • Analyzing all agreed development needs. • Ensuring that all training materials are in a high quality. • Collect new ideas & suggestions during training sessions and analyze them. • Assist in putting training yearly plan. • Ensure that this plan will include visits to all departments & branches. • Contact Department heads to determine all training & development needs of their subordinates.
Qualifications University Degree. Preferable post graduate studies in Human Resources. Fluent English Language Good knowledge of MS office applications 1-2 years of experience in the human resources field Analytical Skills. Interpersonal Skills. Good verbal & written communication skills. Understanding of organization business.
