A Payroll Specialist is needed :







The holder of this position will provide support for the payroll function, by maintaining the payroll module and preparing statistical reports as required.







•Job Description:



1-Handling all salary problems.



2-Maintain and update all payroll related information.



3-Prepare and printing pay slips.



4-Handling filing system.



5-Contact between payroll and bank.







•Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance..



Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, and preferable in the same field. - High analytical and numerical skills.







Skills:



• Excellent command of the English language.



• Excellent computer and analytical skills.



• Effective communication skills.



• SAP experience is a plus.







Principal Accountabilities:







• Organize and update payroll operation for different types of deductions and reconciling the system output.



• Control and process reconciliation for various payroll clearing (benefits, payments, deductions)



• Reconcile annual closing for all pounds clearing accounts related to payroll.



• Develop financial reports with specific elements required



• Control and reconcile all uncollected payments from the cashier’s office



• In charge of all payroll financial posting and transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy



• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
