Description To act as main technical advisors to subcontractors, operatives and crafts people with respect to the construction site. To level, survey and set out the site. To check drawings, plans, and other qualities to get an accurate calculation of the whole thing. To ensure that all the materials used are according to the specifications. To oversee the requisition and selection of the materials. To agree to the material distributors on the set prices and take cost effective measures. To manage, monitor and interpret the design of the contract documents that has been supplied to them. To manage the site on a day to day basis that includes supervising and monitoring the labor force and that of the sub contractors. To oversee upon the quality control methods in place. To resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise.
Qualifications Experience 6 to 10 years related
