Job Description:
...•Recruit, interview, test, select employees to fill vacant positions. (Past experience with hiring Technicians and Blue Collars)
• Assure personnel filing compliance with labor regulations (Labor Law file, Social Insurance File, Governmental Medical Insurance File).
•Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires , promotions , transfer , performance reviews , terminations.
•Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
•Conducts needs analysis studies and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.

Qulification:
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field
