for a very prestigious residential compounds, we are seeking to hire Facility Manager to one of our clients.

1.5-10 years of experience.

2. Very presentable.

3. Hotel industry background preferably Four Seasons or any 7 stars hotel.

4. Engineer or other academic backgrounds are fine.

5. Super communication skills.

6. PC literate (basic stuff).

7. Customer service oriented.

8. Ability to work under pressure and solve customers’ problems calmly.

9. Manage FM team on site (all FM aspects).


Qualifications:

1-B.S. Civil or Architecture engineering preferably.

2-Duties require professional verbal and written communication skill.

3-Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
