Operation Manager (Training & Education Field)
Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare & implement operational plan in coordination with the Business unit Manager.
2. Develop & enhance competencies of subordinates
...3. Responsible for the safe execution of all field operations
4. Ensure proper workflow of the operations.
5. Ensure high return on investment
6. Present & participate in meetings with the clients.
7. Prepare the technical reports about the operation progress
8. Monitor & Evaluate the instructors performance
9. Achieve the defined sales targets.
10. Supervise the assessment & certification process
Education, Job Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Management
- Min. Exp.: 8 years of experience in Operation management
- Skilled in Computer (MS Office, Emails, etc.)
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Experience in Sales & Marketing of training
- Experience in Training/BPO industry
- Fluent Arabic & English Language - have a good exposure to handling trainers, content and assessment
