Business Manager (Training & Education Field)
Main Responsibilities
1. Monitor & control annual budget.
2. Prepare & implement operational plan in-line with budget & strategy.
... 3. Prepare the marketing plan & sales targets in coordination with Marketing Manger
4. Ensure fulfilling contractual & technical obligations with external parties and maintain quality
5. Develop prices and pricing policies in coordination with Marketing Manager
6. Acquire sufficient product knowledge & know how.
7. Ensure proper workflow of the operations & recommend proper system to be adopted for successful operations.
8. Establish network of clients and find opportunities.
9. Ensure high return on investment
10. Optimize staff productivity.
Education, Job Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Management or Engineering
- Min. Exp.: 10 years
- Skilled in Computer (MS Office, Emails, etc.)
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Experience in Sales & Marketing of training
- Fluent Arabic & English Language
