Regional Finance Director
Job Description :
•Establish Major Economic Objectives, applying fiscal controls and procedures to safegaurd the company assets and process compliance audit schedules to monitor and ensure that corporate policies and procedures are complied with
•Coordinates, directs, and leads the preparatio...n of annual and strategoc plans, Capita; Budget, Financial forecasts and conducts periodic audits of per diems to accured expenses verses budget and forecats in order to analyse and report variances and ensure that appropriate analysis is carried out to highlight trends, predict opportunities and identify risks.
•Generate monthly consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with tax regualtions.
•Manage and review the preparation and process of monthly payroll and the adherence for compliance of procedures applied to local and expats.
•Effectively manage the company's costing system to identify direct material yields and wastage, cost overruns and actively identify opportunities to reduce production cost. Develop detailed monthly reports. Analyse main cost drivers and variances, and review for potential cost optimization or reduction.
•Manage the external audit relationship.
•Set up annual objectives.
•Drive the group funding arrangment, structuring transactions, developing and maintaining strong relationships at the highest level of financing institutions as well as with commercial investors and cash flow to meet working capital requirements
•Monitor working capital requiremements in line with industry norms
•Come up with action plan to decrease inventory levels gradually.
