: Sales Manager (Training & Education Field)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing ,Directing and organizing the company's sales activities.
2. Recruiting, coaching, and developing the performance of the sales team.
...3. Establishing sales department, setting the objectives and strategies of sales
4. Developing and implementing effective annual sales plan to increase the company's sales and profitability.
5. Prepare yearly sales plan , Setting sales targets on quarter basis according to sales plan.
6. Meeting or exceeding revenue targets through motivating and supporting field level teams to drive sales and control expenses
7. Managing the customer care efforts and maximize customer service and satisfaction. 8. Developing and implementing an effective advertising and sales promotions plans
Education, Job Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Management
- Min. Exp.: 5 years of experience in sales management
- Skilled in Computer (MS Office, Emails, etc.)
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Arabic & English Language
