Job Description:

The position reports to the CEO/MD/General Manager. The purpose of the role is to plan
and implement sales and marketing
activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability.
1. Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR.
2. Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
3. Plan and manage sales an marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
4. Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
5. Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments.
6. Select and manage external agencies.
7. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop
the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
8. Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities




Job Specification:

5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Real Estate sector.
Must have experience of selling large projects like malls/ resorts/ compound etc.
Excellent communication and selling skill is must.

Languages: Fluent English, French
