conducts regular clients visits and calls, and identifies and closes new sales deals, ensuring the achievement of the set sales target.
2. Understands comprehensively the client’s IT environment, identifies and creates the need wherever possible and presents the company service produ...ct range accordingly. Coordinates with the pre-sales team in highly complex offers.
3. Follows-up on clients’ arising complaints or additional needs, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment and optimum client satisfaction.
4. Prepares regular services’ financial and technical proposals independently, while resorts to the Technical Team’s assistance in the customized proposals. Obtains approval on either type of proposal from the Sales Manager, and from the Country Manager when deviating from the regular price-list.
5. Coordinates with In-side sales for the request of new schedules for customized courses, ensuring their timely and accurate processing.
6. Delivers purchase orders to the Account Payables and ensures timely and accurate processing.
7. Assists in the collection of fees from his/her customers incase of late payments.
8. Keeps the client regularly updated with the newly posted schedules, new courses, and new products, while also keeping self updated on the clients’ IT environment changes and upgrades, to ensure grasping any potential opportunity before competition.
9. Established and maintains a credible and professional relationship with all his/ her client.
10. Prepares and submits a weekly sales report including all related sales activities and updates
